Things that I wish could be discovered even though I'm pretty sure most don't exist. 1. Photo as a child. 2. Photo of his wedding. 3. A recorded interview, he was on radio in the 20's but nothing would have been kept. 4. A recording of his music. 5. His actual, personal movie scrapbook which was cruelly stolen from his elderly mother after he had died. 6. The films I haven't managed to see ( Invisible Enemy, Conspiracy... these do exist but are unlikely to go on ebay anytime soon but I am hoping if anyone does have a copy of these movies and read this they take pity on my pathetic ramblings... here's a face to go along with it ) 7. The cut footage from The Bride of Frankenstein... I'm not the only horror fan that wants this. 8. I might as well say a time machine because there's about as much chance of me travelling between different dimensions than these things ever being found.

This is an amazing list and you have included just about every single thing that I would wish for as well. I also would like to add that this is a very creative and original idea for a discussion topic:)
The only thing that I would probably add to this list would be either footage, or even a still photograph, of Dwight dancing as he was reported to be an excellent dancer. I also wish that we could see him performing comedy, as he loved it, but there is even less of a chance that these two things will surface because I don't believe that they even exist! At least the items on your list do exist or did exist at some point in time.
I have located both "Conspiracy" and "Invisible enemy" on-line. The former had a price tag of $40.00 which I could not afford at the time, and the latter was only available for sale to companies or libraries that wished to purchase it. They wouldn't sell it to an individual buyer.
I do believe that Jan Garfield once mentioned having a copy of Dwight's recital when he was very young- around fifteen or sixteen I believe. However I do not know if that exists any longer. Like you I wish that ANY of the mentioned items would surface. They would be wonderful and absolutely amazing to see.

This is a wonderful wish list. Do you know if a color photo has ever been found of Dwight? I would love to see those baby blues.

As far as I know a color photo does not exist, although he supposedly did a screen test for "Wilson"- the film that he was scheduled to appear in before his untimely passing- in color. That would be great footage to see and to add to this wish list. Your request for a color photo reminded me of it!

I love your wish list! I would also love to see a color photo of Dwight, Laura and Buddy . Regarding a wedding photo, I did email the Little Church Around the Corner over a year ago. I inquired about a possible copy of Dwight and Laura's wedding certificate, but never got an answer .

I wish that Dwight had told his family members about his heart condition so he could've gotten it treated right away. Then he could've been living another 40 so years and been in tons more movies.

We all do, Matt. We all do. That being said, Dwight didn't tell his family because he was a Christian Scientist, and I, being Catholic myself, totally and completely respect his devotion to his religion. That's part of what makes me admire him. Not saying he should've died because of it, just that I admire his devotion to his religion.

Oh I know he was a Christian Scientist.
No I get what you mean. I'm an athiest myself, but I get why someone would admire his devotion to Christianity.

Oh, I have one wish besides the one I wrote before. I wish the colored scenes of Son of Frankenstein he was in would turn up somehow. That, or that he could've been in the actual movie. Such a fantastic Universal horror film!

I believe he had a bit part as a villager in that, or was that in GHOST OF FRANKENSTEIN?

He played villagers in Ghost of Frankenstein and Frankenstein Meets the Wolf Man. But it's rumored that he played a villager in Son of Frankenstein when they were planning on shooting it in technicolor.

Such a fantastic Universal horror film! That's a good choice! A genuine colour image of Dwight would have been amazing. There are so many things that other movie fans automatically have of their idols and we have so little. What we do have we cherish, but still...

There was a colorized lobby card of Attorney For The Defense, with Dwight, and of course, Frankenstein. I also found two colorized posters for Frankenstein vs The Wolfman, one has Dwight right in front of the group of villagers (he's wearing a red jacket). He isn't prominent in the second one (it's the scene where Lon Chaney Jr. fights with the singer), but if you look closely over Lon's shoulder, you can see Dwight's head (I zoomed in a couple of times) .
