Last night, I was looking on Google Earth to visit Dwight's resting place, which I had not done for awhile. I knew he was in the Graceland section, but not the exact spot...until now. Someone who visited him was sweet enough to post an icon so he can be found, and when you click on it, it shows a photo the person took of his grave. What a wonderful thing to do for Dwight . I think this is pretty cool, and it gives fans who would not be able to physically visit him a chance to do so via cyberspace . *Does a happy Snoopy dance of joy, while blowing kisses up to the handsome Mr. Frye *

That is seriously so cool. I always have this vague sense of guilt that I'm only 330 miles from his grave, because I wish everyone could be close enough to physically visit him. (I haven't done that in five years, but hopefully I can again soon.) This is one step closer to an actual visit, I'm glad someone did this!

Wonderful news Monk's Moll and I agree with Leah, the person who did this was very sweet! Do you have a link available to visit the site. I believe you shared it with Dwight's fans ages ago but I forgot what it was *oops*!

If you have Google Earth on your computer, that is what I used. And the person used Panoramio for the photo/icon, that is also a GE option. Mapquest might also have it . And I noticed that the icon seems to be between two headstones. What I did to find the exact one was this:click on the icon, and look at the photo. You'll see a tree way back, just go straight down from that tree after closing the photo and turn left a little, it's right there. Then again, his is the second stone in too . It's too bad that G.E. can't get it close enough to read his name, but it's the next best thing . Trivia:Maria Ouspenskaya from Frankenstein vs. The Wolfman, and Robert Young (The Black Camel) are in the same section, Dwight is in the middle .
