Very good review Liz. When I was very young, I remember the occasional Three Stooges short on and if I am not mistaken, was their a cartoon version? I have to admit I was surprised to hear there was a remake and even more surprised when I found out it was the Farrelly Brothers that were involved. The problem (or tha advantage if your are a Hollywood producer) is that this film will attract two lots of fans, the Stooge fanbase and those that like Farrelly Bros comedy, so the "gross out" comedy was going to be in it whether they wanted it or not. I'm glad that you felt it wasn't a complete disaster though

There was a cartoon version, Carie, with Moe, Larry and Curly Joe. Thank you for the kind words.

The annual International Three Stooges Convention takes place just a few miles from my home in Philadelphia. (Larry Fine was a fellow Fluffian, btw.) I've been to the convention and they're lots of fun. I would also recommend a visit to the "Stoogeum", if you're ever in the Philadelphia area. It's a real mecca for stoogers. www.stoogeum.com/
