We've gotta get this log in problem fixed. This constantly having to click on "forgot my password", going to email, and then "changing" the password is a pain in the neck. I believe it is discouraging people from logging on. It must be fixable.

Just saw your message and contacted proboards support.
My message:
I know this was an issue earlier in the week and I know you have said it was mostly fixed and then locked the thread, but ever since this happened some of my members are STILL having issues. While they can enter the forum via the "forgot my password" link, it's not THAT convenient. I don't know what to do. PLEASE HELP.
Their reply:
Our developers looked into the issue and it appears that the member that complained on your forum has only just recently changed their password after our changes took affect to correct the issue. They shouldn't have any issues with their password now, but feel free to let us know if for some reason they still continue to have problems.

If they are referring to me, I'll have them know that I have NEVER changed my password.
