Ironic that Viola Dana is described as an "aviatrix" in that her fiance Ormer Locklear was killed in a plane crash (witnessed by Viola) in 1920. Viola didn't fly again until the mid 1940s. (Ormer, btw, was the model for "The Great Waldo Pepper".)
