I just wanted to post this for anyone who perhaps hasn't seen it. Dwight was in an MGM short film for the War Department in 1942. It was part of the Crime does not pay series. He played Ziggy, a saboteur, and appeared in quite a few scenes.

Thank you so much for posting this Violet. Dwight was still so good looking in this short. He of the floppy hair (sigh!)

You're very welcome Limey. Oh I know, I love his floppy hair and he looks so handsome in that suit. It's an interesting and historically significant film. I just wanted to add that if anyone is interested in owning this short, it is available as an extra on the Random Harvest (1942) DVD.

This is a great find, I don't think I ever saw the full short before. Dwight looks so sexy in this film. I know he's always considered highly strung but Ziggy is quite a cool, calm character. Yes I love the suit and the forever floppy hair!

Speaking of floppy hair I just watched a clip of Mystery Ship. The scene of Dwight drunk is so cute!
