Just wondering as it's October has anyone noticed any interestiung Dwight related material on the box? Last year there was quite a good History of Horror series on.

I saw Fritz in a Stephen King horror special on TCM, then I saw him again in Frankenstein. How that adorable little sadistic hunchback sends me. I'd like to give him a nice, soothing backrub, and a bigger walking stick to help his posture .

IMHO, I think if he had a bigger walking stick, his back might have felt a little better, and he would have been kinder to the Monster. Okay, yes, I sound silly, but that's just my humble two cents .

Oh yes MM, I watched both shows too. What burns me is that Dwight got billed under John Boles and the actor who played Frankensteins Dad. I mean - come on. Who was more memorable!

I agree Limey I've never entirely understood the billing. To be fair I think John Boles was a singing star (probably about out of place in Frankenstein) so that might explain that casting but then Frederick Kerr as the comic relief is a bit chore to watch, as Una O'Connor can sometimes be in Bride.

I do think that Boles had a bigger name in Hollywood at the time, which would explain his billing, but Dwight should have been above Frederick Kerr. Perhaps because he was a veteran actor? But all the same, it still doesn't make sense!

Dwight played prominently in that, just like in Dracula. And, after all, Fritz did have a hand in creating the Monster .
