Poor Colin, such a handsome man! Last year I read a very good by Sheridan Morley about the early British in Hollywood and they included a quote from Colin Clive when he was working on Journey's End, praising Hollywood and clearly in awe of what the town had to offer. He was so full of hope, it was quite heartbreaking.

That book sounds very interesting, I must try to find a copy.

Was that one photo of Bela in his cape from filming of Dracula or Abbott and Costello meet Frankenstein? And what was the name of Lon Chaney Jr.'s German Shepard? That was the "wolf" that attacked him in The Wolf Man.
That would've been cool if they got actors to portray Vincent Price and Peter Lorre in a cameo at Bela's funeral in Ed Wood.
Trivia: Frank Sinatra quietly paid for Lugosi's funeral because he was in such financial restraints at the time.
