Monk's Moll found a link with an apartment in that building for sale. In one of the photos you could see the Ansonia diagonally out the window, just as was described in Dwight Frye
s Last Laugh. So if that wasn't *the* apartment, which is very well could have been, it was at least in the same location of the building, just on a different floor.

Maybe if we ask nice, MM will post that on here?.... Please?

I had a closeup of the entrance with the address, and a nice view of the entire building from across the street. If I do find a way to get them on here, I will.
